As a result of a damming building inspection produced by another consultant, MJ Civil undertook a rigorous review of the structural adequacy of a unit block in Narrabeen. The in-depth investigation across a representative number of units subsequently indicated that the conditions was not as poor as previously suggested and rather than the owners embarking on an extensive scheme to replace a significant number of concrete balconies, MJ Civil was able to provide a remedial rectification plan that addresses all structural issues.
