MJ Civil's residential design scope covers all aspects of dwelling construction, expansion and rectification from simple wall removal projects to full house or unit block construction.

MJ Civil makes a broad distinction between typical domestic residential which is generally considered up to and including 3 storey structures. Further detail relating to this nature of work can be found in our Minor Works section of Residential Projects. 

Structures above 3 stories generally have a more complex design criteria, where design considerations such as more onerous wind forces as well as earthquake loading may need to be considered, these structures fall into our Residential Multistory category of works
